uijl is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Registration by minors is prohibited and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one uijl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses at uijl are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms including wagering multipliers, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified at the time of each offer.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods in the account holder's name. uijl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Any use of software, bots, exploits, or collusion to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. uijl reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active uijl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). uijl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uijl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. uijl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your uijl account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify uijl support immediately via live chat.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your uijl account at any time by contacting customer support. uijl reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. uijl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, following prior written notice to the account holder's registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uijl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the Platform's cashier section. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. uijl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. uijl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.6 Transaction Fees. uijl does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which uijl accepts no responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by uijl are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. uijl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Eligibility. uijl reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player history, payment method, or jurisdiction. Not all promotions are available to all players.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on the uijl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your device and the Platform's server records, the server records shall prevail.

8.2 Limited License. uijl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform without uijl's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. uijl provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While uijl endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uijl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uijl, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
10.1 Data Collection. uijl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Security. uijl employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and uijl cannot guarantee absolute data security.
10.3 Marketing Communications. By registering, you may opt in to receive promotional communications from uijl via email or SMS. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by updating your account preferences or contacting support.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through uijl's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and uijl with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
